Eric H. Milliken, Founding Attorney

Attorney Eric Milliken thrives as an attorney because of his love and passion for his job. He has chosen his profession and area of law deliberately to surround himself with smart, ambitious people who want to change the world.

EXPERIENCE: Milliken served as the Executive Vice President of Soltech Solar, he also worked as a Compliance Officer Centurion Alliance. Milliken’s unique practice is driven by his years of experience working in all aspects of businesses, from formation, business development, funding negotiations, SEC compliance, contract negotiations and legal services.

Boyana Bounkova, Attorney, Special Counsel

A native of Bulgaria, Boyana Bounkova has more than 10 years of international practice experience and expertise. The focus of Boyana Bounkova’s practice includes Intellectual Property and Commercial law, with an emphasis on copyrights and trademarks, technology portfolios, data protection, cyber-law and entertainment law both in the U.S. and the European Union.

Boyana Bounkova holds an LLM degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Bulgaria, a Postgraduate Diploma on Copyright and Patents Law from Queen Mary, University of London, UK and an LLM degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of San Francisco, School of Law.

Boyana Bounkova is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and some Russian. In addition to her role at Sutter Law P.C., she continues to serve as the managing director of a successful international music publishing company.

Ian Bennett-Goldberg, Special Counsel

Ian Bennett-Goldberg joined Sutter Law in February 2019 and was promoted to Partner in March 2020. A career litigator, with an emphasis on providing strategic advice and risk management. An accomplished advisor to businesses ranging from startups to enterprises, as a Bay Area native, Ian Bennett-Goldberg brings a savvy and practical approach to handling the needs of early-stage companies and the demands of complex and high-value transactions alike. Ian Bennett-Goldberg‘s background in intellectual property, real estate, and corporate law allows him to bring a pragmatic and comprehensive approach to representing and growing the interests of our clients while also maintaining a high degree of accessibility and sensitivity to individual needs and concerns. Ian Bennett-Goldberg is known for approaching every matter as though it is his only matter and for providing advice to his clients with both their present and future interests in mind.

Matt Disco, Special Counsel

Matthew (Matt) Disco is a corporate/securities and commercial attorney with over 25 years of broad-based legal experience.  Clients benefit from his varied experience as an attorney at both large and small law firms, and as senior vice president and deputy general counsel of publicly-traded software company.

Matt’s wide-ranging practice includes business formation and financing, M&A transactions, commercial transactions, contract administration and analysis, business and executive counseling, and regulatory compliance matters.
